One of the many cupcake bakeries I had planned to visiting before coming is BabyCakes. BabyCakes prides itself as being “all natural, organic and delicious alternatives free from the common allergens: wheat, gluten, dairy, casein and eggs”. I tried both their Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes. Their cupcakes were also recommended by NYMag.
