This afternoon, I could not resist snapping pictures of recipes from the September 2013 issue of Delicious Magazine….


Arrabbiata Souffle Frittata – perfect for a weekend lunch party!

White Chocolate Filo Tart – Dessert. 5 ingredients. Win.

20131109-165356.jpg20131109-165402.jpgNo-bake Blueberry Cheesecake – I always have a soft spot for no-bake cheesecakes AND require no gelatine addictives. The use of shortbread biscuits is also an usual base which I will no doubt consider.


Rum & Raisin Tiramisu – The Dark Rum in my cabinet can finally be put into good use!

Stilton & Broccolini Frittata – Another take of the frittata; I foresee preparing this for a family lunch as there are more blue cheese lovers in my family.


Vanilla & Dulce De Leche Ice Cream Terrine – Disgusting pork inadvertently pops into my mind when I think of Terrine but this recipe just annihilate it.


Raw Chocolate Cake  – For spurs of health-streak-moments.


What a loot just from one afternoon! I can not wait to try a few of these recipes. Now, if only I have time for many many parties.
